Top three asks from the new Secretary of State

At the end of August, the UK welcomed a new Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Claire Coutinho, following the appointment of the previous secretary, Grant Shapps, to the defence role.

Since then, the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, has announced a major change in how the government will approach net zero.
