The Standards of Conduct supply licence condition is set by Ofgem and covers Non-Domestic Customers. The standards apply to a range of activities including: billing, changing supplier and how we communicate important information to you.
The key principles are:
- We behave and carry out any actions in a fair, honest, transparent, appropriate and professional manner
- We provide information to you which is clear and easy to understand
