TPI historical view: The new enhancement will now allow the TPI users/Brokers to view all historical information in line with Letter of Authority Agreement (LOA), aligning to our internal process and providing a better user experience.

Prevention of unnecessary traffic to Dashboard pages. To help address the issue with erroneous visits to the dashboard and improve overall SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for dashboard, meaning the login process is a more efficient experience for our customers.

Download consumption changes
A new approach to the current download consumption functionality is developed. The goal is to provide a better user experience to the Dashboard users. This change is applicable only for the ‘Power’ meter points (Half Hourly - HH), however download consumption for ‘Gas’ meter points (Daily Meters – DM) will remain the same and no changes are expected for gas meter points[Download consumption for Gas meter points are already performant and hence no changes required].

New Improved Account search capability
To improve the existing account search functionality for Dashboard users. Dashboard users will be able to use different search terms simultaneously and will get a more efficient filter layout to be used over displayed results. The new search functionality will be applied to customers with more than 50 accounts. The user will be presented with a maximum of 50 records.
