If any meters remain dumb meters when the deadline is met, will they be migrated? If so, how will they be billed and will customer or agent meter readings still be used to accurately bill consumption?

All meters will be migrated regardless of type.

If you do not have a Smart or AMR meter, we will continue to use readings from yourself or agents working on our behalf, to ensure you continue to receive an accurate bill.
