• My smart meters don't work - there is no signal, mobile or 4G. How will MHHS affect me?
• Will there be an increase in metering and data services costs for supplies currently NHH?
• How will you deal with sites with no mobile signal that have still not got AMR?
• Will it become easier to configure export on existing NHH meters that are AMR for import?
• When a meter is upgraded from 03 or 04 for example to 00 will the customer need a new contract?
