FAQs

How long does the change of occupier process take?

We will accept or request further information about the initial change of occupier request within 10 working days. To complete the move we need to have all the relevant information, so our online form has been designed to help and guide customers and consultants through this process.

If we do require further information about the change of occupier request, we will provide you with an explanation and let you know what additional information is required.

Once we have received the relevant information, we will let you know it has been accepted and provide a timeframe of when the move will be completed.

Will I be notified once I have completed the online form?

Yes, you will receive a pop-up message to confirm that the form was submitted successfully, and then you will be sent an email explaining the next steps shortly afterwards.

What prices will I be charged?

A. If you are an outgoing customer, as part of the online form you can request prices for your new premises and a member of our team will contact you to discuss our competitive rates. As for your final invoice, the prices will be reflective of your existing contract.

If you are an incoming customer, we will set you up on deemed out of contract rates, but we will also provide you with information on how to contact our Sales Team to discuss rates for a fixed-term contract.

I don’t know what my annual consumption will be?

If you don’t know your projected annual usage, then we can estimate this for you using your latest meter reading, so please try to include this on the form. If you do not have this to hand, we will estimate your annual usage based on the latest reading in our system. Please note that if you have a Half-Hourly (HH) meter, your meter readings will be sent to us automatically.

How will I know if the change of occupier process has been completed?

Once you have completed the online form, we will send you a confirmation email. If you are the outgoing customer, we will generate your final invoice. If you are the incoming customer, you will receive a letter with price information for deemed rates and we will provide you with details about how you can enter into a fixed contract with us.
