Module explained: Monitoring

The Monitoring module displays a simple view of your current electricity consumption information over a selected period.

You have the option of switching views between consumption (kWh), cost (£)*, or carbon emissions (CO2).  You can quickly select a portfolio, multiple sites, or one site to view.

*note: cost (£) is only available if your energy supplier is nBS, or you have uploaded your unit rate from your 3rd party provider.

Detailed View

This provides a granular view of a single meter where you can see your electricity information as Consumption (kWh), Carbon Emissions (kgCO2) or Cost (£).

Bar chart views are showcased on the dashboard, enabling you to analyse your profile while comparing it to a previous time interval for the selected meter. The different bar charts show your meter consumption data aggregated to different intervals, which enables quick analysis of different periods. The information is displayed as a bar chart with the comparison period displayed as a line.

All the bar charts are interactive. Clicking on the side scroll arrows will change the interval period for display and all other charts will automatically shift to the same relative time intervals. You can also use the left mouse to click and drag on any graph area to zoom in for greater detail.

Graph Tool

This enables you to quickly configure and overlay any meter within the system to display a customised chart view. This enables you to view electricity data of multiple channels in one chart such as Consumption (kWh), Power Factor, and Carbon Emissions (kgCO2). You can add or remove these individual channels to create a bespoke graph.
