How do customers change their passwords?

Customers can change or reset their password depending on whether they are currently logged in to the application.

If logged in:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Reset Password.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

If unable to log in:

  1. Select the Forgot Password link on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Follow the instructions sent via email to reset your password securely.

This process helps maintain account security while ensuring users can quickly regain access when needed.
