What’s the difference between Market Lens and Risk Navigator
As well as a new, on-brand user interface, Market Lens introduces several features that are not available in Risk Navigator:
- Orders – Market Lens enables customers to submit their trade intent which then triggers a call with the Optimisation Desk, who can then review and confirm the trade before it is made open and available to trade.
- Chat – Customers can access a chatbot containing answers to common FAQs. If their query is not covered, they can choose to start a live chat with a Sales Trader, subject to availability.
- Book a meeting – Customers can view a combined calendar for the Sales Trading team, select an available date and time, and book a virtual meeting directly through the platform.
- Multi-device compatibility – Market Lens has been designed with mobile use in mind, providing a seamless experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
