Existing Energy Generator Users
What happens if a customer is already an Energy Generator user?
Market Lens uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication process across both platforms.
If a customer already has access to Energy Generator, they do not need a separate username or password for Market Lens. They can:
- Visit the Market Lens login page.
- Select Login.
- Enter their existing Energy Generator credentials.
This streamlined approach simplifies access and reduces the need to manage multiple accounts.
